The restaurant is in a very convenient location - 5 min walk from Matsumoto Station.The restaurants name intends to reflect its very lively market like atmosphere. They open from 3pm, so it is good if you want to come early. At night, the restaurant is regularly crowded with people.

Their name is ‘Tsukiji Market Restaurant’, as seafood is brought there directly from Tsukiji Market in Tokyo everyday, so customers have the privilege to enjoying a high level of freshness.Chunks of tuna and octopus are available in sashimi.
Hamayaki (Beach style grilled seafood), scallops and hamaguri (common oriental clams) can be cooked at the table (as can be seen in the photo).The prices of alcoholic beverages are reasonable. Shochu (alcohol made from barley, rice, sweet potatoes etc.) Kurokirishima for example is available at 990 yen.
